  1. How long does it take for my package to arrive?
    • All orders ship within 24 hours, and use priority mail 2-day shipping.
  2. Do you charge for shipping?
    • No, we offer free shipping for all orders.
  3. What payment methods are accepted?
    • Credit/Debit Card
    • E-check (processed immediately)
    • Mobile Payment through Zelle, or the Cash App (both processed immediately)
    • Check, Money Order or Cash (processed once payment is received)
  4. Do you reship if my package is not received?
    • Yes, absolutely. If the tracking info shows that your package was not received to the address that you provided, we will reship your order free of charge.
  5. Are products lab tested?
    • Yes. Before importing all batches are tested for impurities through the testing laboratory for Industrial Research and Standardization of Pontianak, Indonesia. Each batch is thoroughly tested for impurities and contamination, such as Heavy Metals, E-coli, Salmonella, and Fungi (mold). We do not import any goods until we are provided with the certificate of analysis from the lab. We will NEVER make an exception to this rule. We also test each batch independently through a lab in the US (Alliance Analytical, Coopersville MI).
  6. What strains are offered?
    • We carry the most popular strains (Green Maeng Da, Green Malay, Red Bali, Red Thai, Red Borneo, Red Horn, and White Thai). If you are a return customer and would like to see a specific strain, let us know and we will keep it in stock for you.
  7. Is shipping discrete?
    • Yes. All packages are blank and the label will show as shipped from ‘Natures Cure’. No identifying information is printed on the package or label.
